Flex Manager can send reports to AbuseIPDB, an external IP address reputation service. These reports contain only:

No identifiable personal data is sent. AbuseIPDB has its own privacy policy available on its website.

6. Data retention period

Data is retained for a maximum of one month and may be deleted before that period, except for the following data which is kept for as long as strictly necessary:

• Contact data: up to 2 years from the last communication or until you request deletion.
• License data: for the duration of the license and up to 3 years after its termination due to legal obligations.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties or for commercial purposes. We can only share data with:
