Two installation methods available: via a Powershell command on the server or manually.
Check that your server meets the requirements before installing
We recommend Windows Server 2025. It is not compatible with Linux servers.
Choose the installation method you prefer
Connect to the server via Remote Desktop (RDP) and open POWERSHELL as Administrator. Run the following command:
Invoke-WebRequest -Uri "https://www.flexservices.app/ext/FlexFirewallSetup.exe" -OutFile "$env:TEMP\FlexFirewallSetup.exe"; Start-Process -FilePath "$env:TEMP\FlexFirewallSetup.exe"
Once complete, a shortcut will appear on the Desktop.
If you prefer to install manually, follow these steps:
Get and activate your license easily
During installation you will enter it in the installation wizard to apply or activate it.
Promotion: If you have a promotional code you can also activate it.
Enable the services you want to monitor and protect
After activating the license, configure which services you want to protect. You can enable or disable each module independently:
Monitors incorrect access attempts on email or FTP services.
Blocks bots and brute-force attacks on web panels and WordPress.
Protects remote access to the server against intrusion attempts.
Monitors and blocks unauthorized access to databases.
We recommend enabling at least the SMTP and Web modules during initial setup for immediate basic protection.
Boost protection by combining the local firewall with Cloudflare
If you use Cloudflare on any of your domains, Firewall Manager can integrate to block IPs directly at the network layer, even before traffic reaches your server.
You can store one token per account individually to manage domains, CDN, Cache, DNS, etc ...
You can easily get the Token from the Cloudflare section itself. With this integration, every IP blocked by the local firewall will also be automatically added to Cloudflare's rules, providing a double layer of protection.
